2. General The HERMetic OXY is designed for sampling inert gas in closed tanks before crude oil washing. It consists of a rubber sampling hose with an on-line valve at the upper end, an open hose end for connecting to a portable gas analyzer (not supplied with the OXY), a weight at the lower end and an adapter with a hose adjusting nut. -
