Even if additional nodes are added to the cluster, as long as their server root paths are
accessible by the VIPO web server hosted by VIPO Server A, and added to its cluster
server root list, they can all be administered remotely from the single client browser

Basic Authentication Quick Step

The Basic Authentication Quick Step process allows user-account level security with user
passwords, as well as group security on an area-by-area basis. If your site requires a
higher level of security, refer to
Information Suite Installation Guide for more information.

Disable Basic Authentication

You can disable the HTTP basic authentication level on your web server by choosing
Disable Basic Authentication on the Administration page, then clicking the Disable
button. You will receive confirmation of the change.
Xerox strongly recommends that you maintain an appropriate level of security on your
VIPO Server network.
