Troubleshooting

LED Indications

The indicators light and flash to indicate the printer's status.

Indicator is lit in the colour shown

Power is Off

Receiving data
Cancelling the print job
The DK Roll Compartment Cover is open. Close the DK Roll
Compartment Cover correctly.
The printer settings are being reset.

System Off mode
If the orange light flashes at 0.5 second intervals, the printer is in
Cooling mode.
Data overwrite mode
The printer is in Boot mode.
