CONFIGURING THE KEGS5000 FOR STANDALONE OR SLAVE USE, CONTINUED
Configure
The KEGS5000 must be running the Slave firmware as described above.
KEGS5000 in
slave mode
to work with
1. Cycle power on the KEGS5000.
KSX32080/
MXSYS04E
or MAXPRO
2. Let the conter reach zero.
3. While the version number is displayed press the Menu
button (Middle button under LCD Display)
Note: The version number only dsplays for 2 seconds. Should

1 is for Slave mode (KSX32080 and MXSYS04E use)
2 is for use with Maxpro MAX1000
5. Press Enter when done.
6. Select the Joystick range. Use Hi for KSX32080 and
MXSYS04E use. Use Hi or Lo for Maxpro use.
Press Enter when done.
7. Select the Baud rate. Use 19k2 for Maxpro and 9600
for KSX32080 and MXSYS04E use.
Press enter when done
you miss this time window then recycle the power and
start again.
