Note the following points when using this system.
• You cannot install software other than that distributed by Sony for use with
this system.
• When connected directly to the Internet, there is a chance that an outside party
may access the system illegally. Be sure to take sufficient care with your
environment settings.
• Understand that Sony bears no responsibility for user-created data that is lost
due to the functioning or malfunctioning of the system.
If you forget your password, you will no longer be able to perform operations
and configure settings that require a password. Make sure to keep your
password in a safe place and guard it closely. Refer to "Accessing the Web
Administration Screen" (page 14) for information on default password settings.
If you forget your password after changing it, you can reset the password
settings. For more on resetting your password, contact your dealer.
Before contacting your dealer about a problem, try checking the remedies listed
below. If you still cannot solve the problem, consult the dealer you purchased
your equipment from.
Main server or cache server does not start
• Make sure the power button is turned on.
• Make sure the power cord is connected properly.
• Hold down the power button on the front panel until the power is cut off. After
the server turns off, turn it on again.
