Schäden die durch Nichtbeachtung der Installationsanleitung verursacht werden,

Allgemein / Anwendung
Der Bausatz DCF77 ermöglicht den Funkempfang des DCF77-Zeitsignals (MEZ bzw.
MESZ-Uhrzeit). Das Zeitsignal wird von einem zentralen Sendepunkt in Frankfurt/Main
bzw. Mainflingen gesendet
2.000 km empfangen werden. Durch den Anschluss des Bausatzes an die
Brandmelderzentrale IQ8Control wird die Systemzeit der BMZ automatisch auf das
DCF77-Zeitsignal eingestellt.
Diese Funktion ist für einzelne (Stand-alone) BMZ, wie auch für über das essernet
vernetzte Brandmelderzentralen möglich.
Systemvoraussetzungen

Max. ein Bausatz DCF77 als Zeitgeber in einer Brandmelderzentrale (BMZ) bzw.
in einem essernet ® -Netzwerk

Brandmelderzentrale IQ8Control mit Systemsoftware ab Version V3.08 und
Programmiersoftware tools 8000 ab Version V1.14.
Installation
Der DCF77-Empfänger Expert mouseCLOCK wird ausschließlich über den DCF77-
Konverter und den beiliegenden Adapter (D-SUB 9-polig / 25-polig) an die TTY-
Schnittstelle der Brandmelderzentrale IQ8Control angeschlossen. Alternativ kann für die
BMZ IQ8Control das RS232/TTY-Modul (Art.-Nr. 784842) verwendet werden (Abb. 3).
Bei der Inbetriebnahme des Bausatzes DCF77 die Funktion der LED  beachten. Die
Synchronisation mit dem Zeitsignal kann einige Minuten dauern.
Beiliegende Herstellerdokumentation beachten!
Leitungslänge BMZ ↔ Konverter max. 1000 m.
Konverter + Adapter nur für diesen Zweck verwenden. Beide Komponenten
sind entsprechend auf den gemeinsamen Einsatz abgestimmt. Handelsübliche
Komponenten sind nicht zulässig.
Fernmeldekabel I-Y (St) Y n x 2 x 0,8 mm mit besonderer Kennzeichnung oder
Brandmeldekabel verwenden! Durch den Anschluss der Kabelabschirmung
werden die Signalleitungen gegen Störeinflüsse geschützt.

General / Application
Used in conjunction with the Kit DCF77 allows radio reception of the DCF77 time signal
(CET and CEST time). The time signal is sent from a central transmission point in
Frankfurt/Main and Mainflingen and can be received at a distance of up to approx.
2.000 km. By connecting the Kit to the fire alarm control panel IQ8Control, the system
time of the FACP will be automatically set to the DCF77 time signal.
This function is possible for stand-alone fire alarm control panels as well as panels that
are networked via the essernet ® .
System requirements

Max. one kit DCF77 time master in each fire alarm control panel (FACP) or
®
essernet network.

Fire Alarm Control Panel IQ8Control with system software from version V3.08 and
programming software tools 8000 from version V1.14.
Installation
The DCF77 receiver Expert mouseCLOCK must only be connected to the TTY port of
the IQ8Control via the DCF77 converter and the included adapter (D-SUB 9-pin /
25-pin). Alternatively, the RS232/TTY module (Part No. 784842) may be used for the
FACP IQ8Control (Fig. 3). Observe LED indicator  operation whilst commissioning the
Kit DCF77. The time synchronization may take a few minutes to finalize.
Refer to the supplied manufacturers documentation!
Cable length of FACP ↔ converter max. 1000 m.
Only use the converter + adapter for this purpose. Both components are designed
to be used together. Other commercially available components are not permitted.
Use clearly identified communications cable I-Y (St) Y n x 2 x 0,8 mm or fire alarm
cable! Connection of the cable shield to the ground terminal protects the signal
lines against interference.
