9.1 Chassis

9.1.1 To remove the covers
9.1.1.1 To remove and install the cutting deck cover
1. Release the clip on the cutting deck cover.

2. Remove the cutting deck cover.
3. Install in the opposite sequence.
Note: Make sure that the flange (A) is in the correct
position.
9.1.1.2 To remove and install the steering column cover
1. Remove the 2 screws.
2. Move the steering column cover to the left to release
the right flange from the right footrest plate.
3. Move the steering column cover to the right to
release the right flange from the left footrest plate.
4. Remove the steering column cover.
5. Install in the opposite sequence.

9.1.1.3 To remove and install the right fender
1. Remove the seat. Refer to
page 8 .
2. Remove the knob on the throttle lever and height
adjustment lever.
3. Remove the ignition switch. Refer to
install the ignition switch on page 34 .
4. Remove the 3 screws and remove the left fender.
5. Install in the opposite sequence.
