DRIVER ASSEMBLY KIT
R350RHF Full Round Head Framing Nailer
THIS KIT INCLUDES:
Driver Unit (16)
O-ring (15)
Piston Ring (14)
Grease
Driver Assembly Kit Instruction Sheet
Tools needed (but not included): 5 mm hex key
DRIVER REPLACEMENT
See Figure 1.
1. Disconnect the tool from the air supply and remove any
fasteners that remain in the tool.
2. Using a 5 mm hex key, remove the four screws (4) from the
cap (5) of the tool. Set aside cap and screws.
3. Remove the old driver unit (16) from the cylinder (18).
4. Apply a light coat of grease to new o-ring (15) and install onto
new driver unit (16).
5. Apply a light coat of grease to new piston ring (14) and install
onto new driver unit (16).
6. Insert the new driver unit (16) into the cylinder (18). Be sure
the driver shaft is inserted in the proper direction, as shown.
7. Reinstall and secure the cap (5) and screws (4).
NOTE: To properly seat cap, tighten the screws at alternate
corners a few turns at a time until all screws are secure.
