The PC setup is same as a standard USB storage device. Windows XP should be able to automatically recognize DP701W4 as a “USB Mass Storage Device” without performing any manual installation. USB, Connected to PC Operation Once DP701W4 is recognized by PC, it is treated as a card reader. All of memory devices attached to DP701W4 will be viewed as a removal drive to PC. The drive assignment will vary depending on number of existing drive in user’s PC. -

USB, Connected to OTG (On The Go) Device When DP701W4 is connected to another OTG compatible device (Such as a Sony Cyber-shot digital camera.), it acts like a USB host device. The external OTG device will be viewed an USB storage device.
