Pinching or snagging causes rapid stalling of the rotating accessory which in turn causes the uncontrolled power tool to be forced in the direction opposite of the accessory’s rotation.

SAFETY INFORMATION • For threaded abrasive cones and plugs use only undamaged wheel mandrels with an unrelieved shoulder flange that are of correct size and length. Proper mandrels will reduce the possibility of breakage. • Do not “jam” a cut-off wheel or apply excessive pressure. Do not attempt to make an excessive depth of cut. -

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Installing accessories WARNING:Always ensure the tool is switched off and the plug is removed before making any adjustments or maintenance procedures DIFFERENT SIZE COLLETS ARE SUPPLIED TO ACCOMMODATE DIFFERENT SHANK SIZES. a) Press spindle lock button and rotate the spindle by spanner until the lock button engages the spindle preventing further rotation. - Page 15 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 2. Installing flexible shaft Un-plug the Rotary-tool. 1) Remove the shaft cover(1) 2) Insert a collet(2) of the desired gauge for the flexible shaft end into Rotary-tool axis(6). 3) Depress the shaft lock(5) while threading but not tightening the collect nut(3).
