Calibrate the Thermostat (Change the Offset)

The calibration operation is more fully explained in the Care and Use Manual.

Touch [Cooking Mode] &
keep your finger on there
until SELECT FUNCTION
appears (about 5 secs.)
Using control knob, scroll
through menu until OVEN
TEMP OFFSET appears.
Touch [Start] and a number
will appear in the
temperature window. If the
oven has never been
calibrated before it will be
0F.
