Product Overview
The Cisco 7513 card cage holds the processor modules used by the system. The Cisco 7513 is shown
in Figure 1. The card cage and backplane are one assembly that includes the card cage, backplane,
dual arbiter, and the chassis interface. The latter two components are printed circuit boards, which
are attached to the rear of the backplane. The dual arbiter and chassis interface are replaced when
the card cage and backplane assembly is replaced.
