Problem
Rangehood doesn't work
Poor airflow
Motor running without
air flow
After running for a while,
motor stop working
Strong cooking smell
Oil dripping onto stove
Whirring sound
Possible reason
Electric supply
Aluminum grease filters
clogged
Charcoal filters clogged
Butterfly valve jammed
High temperature safety
device activated
The rangehood is installed too
near to the cooking stove
Charcoal filters are not
installed
Baffle filter saturated
Fan blade problem
Check whether the plug is connected
Check whether the main switch is turned on
Clean the filters, assembly back when dry
Replace the charcoal filters
Contact technician
The kitchen is not sufficiently ventilated
The hood must be least 65cm of distance from
the stove
In re-circulating mode, charcoal filters must be
installed
Replace baffle filter
Hand wash the baffle filters
Contact with technician
