Don't write to any counter while the START bit is set to "0." Set the CNTS bit to "1" after updating the value of each
counter with the START bit set to "1."
The setting (value) of each counter is not updated. (Initial value)
The setting (value) of each counter is updated.
[Zero-clear condition]
The counter is cleared with zeros when counter update is complete.
This clear operation is automatically performed.
