Saving Configuration File (USB flash drive, CLI)
1.
Insert the USB flash drive into USB port of the main unit.
2.
Login to CLI with the account of administrator privileges via serial port or Ethernet port.
3.
Execute "enable" command.
4.
Execute "config terminal" command.
5.
Execute "configuration upload active scp://admin:admin@WWWWWW/var/mnt/usb1/ZZZ"
command.
Enter the host name assigned to the relevant device in "WWWWWW" field.
Enter the name of configuration file in "ZZZ" field.
Restoring Configuration File (Management Console, Web UI)
1.
Login to Web UI with the account of administrator privileges via Ethernet port.
2.
Move to "Setup" Menu.
3.
Move to "Configurations" Submenu.
4.
On the "Configurations" Submenu, select "Upload local binary file:" in "Upload Configuration".
Then, press "Browse".
5.
Select a configuration file you want to restore, and press "Open".
* The indication may differ depending on browser.
6.
On the "Configurations" Submenu, press "Upload Configuration" in "Upload Configuration".
7.
Select a file you want to upload from "Configuration Files" in "Configurations" Submenu. Then,
press "Switch To".
Restoring Configuration File (ssh server, CLI)
1.
Login to CLI with the account of administrator privileges via serial port or Ethernet port.
2.
Execute "enable" command.
3.
Execute "config terminal" command.
4.
Execute "configuration fetch scp://user:password@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX/YYY/ZZZ" command.
Enter the User ID and password to access the ssh server in "user" and "password" field
respectively.
Enter the IP address of ssh server in "XXX.XXX.XXXX.XXX" field.
Enter the directory name of ssh server that contains the file to be restored in "YYY" field.
Enter the name of configuration file to be restored in "ZZZ" field.
5.
Execute "configuration switch-to ZZZ" command.
