Special applications

Sabbath programme

The Sabbath programme is for religious
observance.
After you have selected the special
application, select the function and
temperature.
The programme sequence will only start
after the door is opened and closed:
– After approx. 5 minutes, the cooking
programme will begin using the
Conventional heat
 function.

– The Dialog oven will heat up to the
temperature you have set and will
maintain this temperature for a
maximum of 72 hours.
– The oven interior lighting does not
come on, even when the door is
opened.

Sabbath programme

– The time of day does not appear.
Once the Sabbath programme has
started, it cannot be changed or saved
under User programmes
Once a Sabbath programme has
started, you can only end it
prematurely by switching off the
Dialog oven.

 Select the function you want to use.
You will not be able to start the special
application if you have set a minute
minder or alarm.
 Set the temperature.
 Confirm with OK.
Sabbath programme
temperature will appear in the display.
 Open the door when you want to
start the cooking programme.
 Place the food in the oven.
 Close the door.
The oven heating will switch on after
5 minutes.
The Dialog oven will switch off
automatically after 72 hours. If you want
to end the special application
prematurely:
 Switch the Dialog oven off with the
On/Off  sensor control.
