It covers the mechanical disassembly and reassembly of a DVD player, and how to diagnose a problem to the board level. For more detailed information and drawings refer to service manual 810-9601.

    the 2 self tapping screws on the back panel. 7. Remove the top portion of the shield and set it aside. 8. Unclip the wires leading to the power supply. 9. Lift the main board and remove the bottom portion of the shield. Then rest the main board in the built-in holders.
