    Targus Wireless Laser Rechargeable Notebook Mouse Synchronization After your computer detects the USB receiver you must establish a communications link between the mouse and its receiver BEFORE you can use the mouse. To do this, follow the instructions below: 1 Press and release the connect button located at the bottom of the receiver.
