3. Setting card
(1) The card should be inserted into the card-slit with the printed surface facing in the
direction of keyboard. When A-part of the card is used, the card should be set in the
direction of arrow A. (As you insert the card, push it in until the black part of arrow
is out of sight.)
(2) After setting the card into the slit, operate the card control key according to your
needs. When the key is operated, the card enters the computer and then comes back
out again. The card operation is then complete. Once card starts to move, it operates
automatically, even when card control key is released.

Note: 1. If the card control key is operated when there is no card or the card is not
correctly set, the roller will rotate idle but it does not affect the computer.
Note:2. While the card is moving up and down, the card contorl key is electronically locked.
3. Einfuhren der Karte
(1) Das EinfLihren der Karte in den Kartenschlitz soil so erfolgen, daB die gedruckte Seite
in die Richtung Tastatur zeigt. Bei Benutzung des A -Teils muB die Karte in der
Pfeilrichtung A eingefLihrt werden . (Dabei wird die Karte so weit eingefLihrt, daB der
schwarze Teil des Pfeiles nicht mehr sichtbar ist).
(2) Nachdem die Karte eingefLihrt wurde, wird die Kontrolltaste nach Wunsch betatigt. Bei
Bedienung dieser Taste wird die Karte in den Kalkulator eingegeben und kommt dann
wieder heraus. Damit ist eine Eingabe vollendet . Wenn die Karte in Bewegung kommt,
erfolgt die eingabe automatisch, auch wenn die Taste dann losgelassen wird.

Anmerkung : 1. Wenn die Kontrolltaste bedient wird und es sich keine Karte im Kalkulator
befindet, so dreht die Walze leer, ohne daB dabei jedoch der Kalkulator
beeintriichtigt wird.
2. Wiihrend sich die Karte auf und ab bewegt, bleibt die Kontrolltaste
elektroni sch gesperrt.
