Replacing the front wheels

1. Switch off the ACS 751/651.
2. Disconnect the mains supply.
3. Provide a support to the ACS 751/651 so that it is
convenient to replace the front wheels.
4. Unfasten the screws of the wheel stopper and re-
move the wheel.
5. Replace with a new wheel and fasten the wheel stop-
per.
6. Repeat the procedure for the other front wheel.
7. Move the machine to check if the wheels have been
fitted properly.

Replacing the rear wheels

1. Switch off the ACS 751/651.
2. Disconnect the mains supply.
3. Open the side panels.
4. Provide a support to the ACS 751/651 so that it is
convenient to replace the front wheels.
5. Loosen the screw and remove the spacer along with
the flat washer.
6. Insert the new wheel such that the screw hole on
the wheel matches with the screw hole on the chas-
sis.
7. Insert the screw along with the spacer and washer
and fasten.
8. Move the machine to check if the wheels have been
fitted properly.

Opening the HMI

Danger - Electric shock hazard!
Touching live parts on the power board
can result in serious injury or death.

Disconnect the mains connection.
¶
Use ESD protection.
1. Apply the brakes.
2. Switch the ACS 751/651 off.
3. Disconnect the mains connection.
4. Lift the HMI module.
5. Unfasten the screws on the backside.
6. Open the HMI.
