Starting up AIBO

Place AIBO on the floor as shown below.
Place it on a flat, non-slippery surface, such as a carpet with a short nap.
Notes
• If you place AIBO on a slippery floor or a carpet with a long nap, it tends to fall
often, fail to go forward, or have a tendency to jam up.
• Be sure to place AIBO on the floor as shown above. This will prevent AIBO
from moving unexpectedly and being damaged when you press the pause button
to start AIBO.
