VOLUME FUNCTION

Adjust the volume
Turn off the radio
To improve broadcast reception
Reorient the antenna for FM. Reorient the player itself
for AM.

Do this
Turn VOLUME.
Set FUNCTION to TAPE
(CD/RADIO OFF).
