Set the "All PCIe Slots OptionROM" flag to "enabled". Save changes and REBOOT the host.
Work-Around #2:
Connect crash cart / launch vKNM to the system. Power the system on and use the F2 menu to
set the "All PCIe Slots OptionROM" flag to ENABLED.

Navigate to the Advanced LOM and PCIe Slots Configuration tab, and press ENTER

Scroll down and set the "All PCIe Slots OptionROM" to ENABLED
