In case of loss or theft of your bike, it will be very important that the identification of your pedelec is sufficiently
documented. This does not only include a picture of your bike, but also the following specifications that can be
entered right on this page:
The keys
(exemplary picture)
Several identical keys are
delivered with your pedelec.
Please keep them safe and
seperately from the used key.

The frame number
Your frame number
The embossed frame number
is either located at the left
dropout or at the left side of
the downtube in the area of
the bottom bracket.
