    Transport instructions The appliance should be transported only in upright position. The packing as supplied must be intact during transportation. If the appliance is transported in the horizontal position, it must be placed vertically and left in this position for 4 hours operation.

  • Page 8 Description of the Control Functions a. Focus-Cool This button is designed for fuzzy cooling of the fridge. Press focus cool button to set the function and the focus cool icon will light on. The focus cool function will automatically take place when there is an instantaneous change on temperature of the fridge compartment.
  • Page 9 f. Actual Freezer Temperature The average temperature of the packages inside the freezer compartment is shown here. Accordingly, this temperature is not sensitive to instantaneous changes. Also, the freezer set temperature blinks here for 5 seconds when the freezer set temperature is adjusted.

    Cooling Food storage The fridge compartment is for the short-term storage of fresh food and drinks. Store milk products in the intended compartment in the refrigerator. Bottles can be stored in the bottle holder or in the bottle shelf of the door. Raw meat is best kept in a polyethylene bag at the second shelf from the top of the refrigerator.

    Freezing Freezing food The freezing area is marked with symbol on the door liner. You can use the appliance for freezing fresh food as well as for storing pre-frozen food. Please refer to the recommendations given on the packaging of your food. Attention Do not freeze fizzy drinks, as the bottle may burst when the liquid in it is frozen.

    Replacing the interior light bulb (Fig. 6-7) Should the light fail to work, proceed as follows. Switch off the circuit breaker or unplug the power cable. Then ensure the bulb is screwed securely in the bulb holder. Plug in the power and switch on the circuit breaker.

    Practical tips and notes Cooling • Clean fresh food and vegetables before storing in the crisper bin. • Always pack or wrap food, or put it in a suitable container, before storing it in the appliance. • Wrap food which is not suitable for storage at cold temperatures in polyethylene bags (pineapple, melons, cucumbers, tomatoes etc.).
