Precautions
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, DO
NOT OPEN THE PANEL ACCESS DOORS WHEN
POWER IS ON.
• Always ensure that the unit is properly earthed and
power connections correctly made.
• This equipment must be powered by a system
providing a PROTECTIVE EARTH connection, and
have a Neutral connection that can be reliably
identified.
• The power outlet supplying power to the unit should
be close to the unit and easily accessible.
• Always remember to lock the panel back cover after
servicing and before resuming the power supply.
• Always power the entire system down before
connecting or disconnecting the net cable.
• For pluggable equipment, the socket-outlet should
be installed near the equipment, and easily
accessible.
• Always remember to dry the panel fully before
packing.
• Store in a dry and airy place.
• It is recommended to use below method to clean
the Intelligent Modules (IM): Use an electrostatic-
proof soft-brush to clean the IM as required.
Solvents should NOT be used to clean this product.
• Remove the air-filter from the panel for disassembly
and clean it thoroughly with water. Dry thoroughly,
then reassemble and reattach to the panel.
It is generally necessary to clean the air-filter
approximately once every two months. If the panels
are used in a location subject to dust or other
pollution, the air-filters should be cleaned more
frequently (such as weekly).
