These express warranties are in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including the
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and no other person has been
authorized to assume for GE Inspection Technologies any other liability in connection with the
sale of its VideoProbe products. GE Inspection Technologies shall not be liable for any loss
or damages, whether direct or indirect, incidental, or consequential, resulting from the breach
of any express warranty set forth herein.
