INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 cups buttermilk
3 eggs
3 ounces vegetable oil
METHOD
1.
Whisk dry ingredients together in a

For best results, let the batter rest while
preheating the waffle maker.
4.
Select BUTTERMILK setting and the
desired darkness setting.
5.
Preheat the waffle maker until the LCD
turns orange and 'HEATING' disappears.
6.
Pour approximately ½ cup of batter evenly

the lid but keep the locking latch open.
7.
At the end of the cooking cycle, open the
lid carefully and remove your waffles.
Repeat with remaining batter.
