4. Enter a name and press the OK soft key.
The maximum length you can enter for a name
depends on your SIM card. See "Entering Text" on
page 40.
5. Press the right soft key, labeled To Card or To Phone,
to switch between phone and SIM card memory.
Note: If you use a different phone, any numbers stored in
your SIM card memory are available when the
card is used on the new phone. Any numbers
stored in the old phone's memory must be re-
entered.
6. If you do not want to save the number and name in the
suggested location, press
Enter the preferred location using the number keys.
7. Press the OK soft key to store the name and number.
After saving, the phone displays the new Phonebook
entry.
8. To
use the entry options
return to the idle
screen
to clear the location.
