4-5-3 Scan Motor

1. Before you disassemble the CIS, you should
remove:
– Top Cover Ass'y (see page 4-2)
– Rear Cover Ass'y (see page 4-3)
2. Unplug the motor connector from the main PBA.
Make sure the harness is released from two hooks
securing the harness as shown below.

3. Remove the two screws as shown below and take
out the scan motor ass'y.

4. Remove the two screws securing the motor to the
motor bracket.
