    Using T-bolts and T-nuts The Bosch Adjustable Height Workstation Kit uses profiles connected using the T-slot principle (Figure 5). Insert the T-bolt into slot (A), and tighten down the nut. As it tightens, it will turn the T-bolt 90° in the slot (B), creating a friction lock (C).

    Assembling the Base Frame Locate 2–45mm Bolt Connector Kits, (P/N3842500921). Install one bolt connector into one end of the remaining 45x45 profile, cross brace as shown in Figure 14. Then push the square end of 45x45 Profile (3842 990 644 1867) an alignment pin into the center bore of the profile and into the bolt connector to secure the connector into place as shown.

    Mounting the Base Frame to Telescoping Actuators Make sure the flanges on the threaded inserts are up as shown in Figure 16.
