External drive enclosures

The server supports attachment to external drive enclosures using a RAID controller with external ports or
a SAS host bus adapter. Adapters supported by the server are listed in the
storage section.
The following table lists the 6 Gbps SAS external drive enclosures that are offered by Lenovo that can be
used with the server for storage expansion.
