● Cannot activate iris device
It appears when the camera for iris authentication does
not work properly. If the camera for iris authentication is
disabled even if you turn the power off and on, please
contact a docomo Shop near you.
● All voice services are blocked./Voice service is blocked./
Emergency service is blocked./Data service is blocked.
Phone line or packet communication facilities are broken
down or line or packet communication network is very
busy. Wait a while and then operate again.
● The PUK is locked
Displayed when you failed to enter PUK of docomo nano
UIM card 10 times consecutively. Please contact a sales
outlet such as a docomo Shop. →P149
● No SIM card
Check if the docomo nano UIM card is installed to the
terminal correctly.→P32
● SIM card is locked
Displayed when you power on the terminal with PIN
enabled. Enter correct PIN code. →P157
● SIM card is PUK-locked
Displayed when docomo nano UIM card is locked by PUK
code. Enter correct PUK code. →P158
● SIM card error
SIM card removed. Phone will restart.
It may appear when IC of docomo nano UIM card cannot
be loaded because of dirt or when docomo nano UIM card
is removed with the power ON, but it is not malfunction.
Clean the IC of docomo nano UIM card regularly. Do not
remove docomo nano UIM card with the power ON. The
terminal may not operate normally.
● SD card error
SD card removed.
To prevent data loss, turn off the device, and then eject
SD card.
Do not insert or remove the microSD card when the
terminal is powered on. Data may be damaged or the
terminal may not operate correctly.
● An error occurred during download processing.
If the error message appears several times, restart the
terminal and perform the update again.
