4.3.14 Click on Security on the left and then go to Firewall. The Firewall settings can be
set via CCA to either HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW levels based on the desired customer /
VAR requirement. In this example, the user sets it to MEDIUM.

NOTE: If using CCA 1.1 or earlier, then you will need to follow the below steps to
ensure SIP traffic goes through. Check the WAN interface configuration (note if using
PPPoE then this interface would be Dialer0, not FastEthernet0/0):
UC500#show run interface FastEthernet 0/0
interface FastEthernet0/0
ip verify unicast reverse-path
ip inspect SDM_MEDIUM out
Add the below CLI :
UC500#config t
UC500(config)#interface FastEthernet 0/0
UC500(config-if)#no ip verify unicast reverse-path
UC500(config)#interface Integrated-Service-Engine 0/0
UC500(config-if)#no ip access-group 100 in
UC500(config-if)#interface Loopback 0
UC500(config-if)#no ip access-group 101 in
UC500(config)#ip inspect name SDM_MEDIUM udp router-traffic timeout 300
