7. GENERAL INFORMATION

7.1 DIAGNOSIS

7.1.1 DISASSEMBLY

Removing the Case (not shown)
1. Remove the three screws and then Case.

Removing the CD Mechanism Module (Fig.1)
Remove the four screws.
Disconnect the connector and then remove the CD
Mechanism Module.
(CAUTION)When reassembling the CD Mechanism
Module, be sure to insert the black side of the FLEXI-
BLE PCB into the side of the CD Mechanism Module.
- Removing the HDD (Fig.2)
Remove the four screws.
Disconnect the connector and then remove the HDD.
(CAUTION)When fixing the HDD section to the lower
case (CNC9348) with screws (BMZ30P040FMC), do
not use an electric screwdriver.
