    To reboot the Cisco Edge 300 to factory mode and force an image upgrade through the Smart Install network, press and hold the Reset button for more than 5 seconds. If the Cisco Edge 300 is unable to connect to the Smart Install director, you can use the Cisco Edge USB Note SmartInstall tool to upgrade or restore the system firmware using a USB flash drive.
