    - Measure-during-inflation technology - Supports 2 users Intended use The Philips upper arm blood pressure monitor is a digital monitor intended for use in measuring blood pressure and heart rate in adult patient population with arm circumference ranging from 22cm to 42cm (about 9-17 inches).
