Report Settings
You can specify whether to print a Fax TX Report after every send job, only when an error occurs
during transmission, or not at all. You can also specify whether a Communication Control Report
(the history of Send/Receive jobs) is printed after every 100 documents sent or received, or printed
at specified times. For a description of reports other than fax reports generated from Additional
Functions, see "Report Settings," in the Reference Guide.
Fax Send Result Report Settings (Fax TX Report)
You can print a Fax Send Result Report after the completion of every send job. You can also select
to print a portion of the sent document on the Fax Send Result Report (Error Copy Print). The fac-
tory setting is to print reports only when a sending error has occurred, but you can also select not to
print Send Result Reports at all.
