("Products"), and accessories manufactured by it or under the brand Motorola

The MDX Electronics, LLC. or its authorized distributors, at the discretion of MDX
Electronics, in accordance with the Code of Consumer Protection, and without any
burden, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of any

products, new accessories or parts that are functionally equivalent.
