Can I tune into free satellite channels that are not
part of the freesat broadcast?
freesat and Sky both broadcast on the Astra 2 satellite. freesat receives it's
programme information from the Eurobird satellite. The satellite dish must be
aligned to Astra 2 and Eurobird to receive freesat. Other free channels that are
broadcast on Astra 2 may be received by the Panasonic freesat recorders.
These channels must be tuned in using the "Other Satellite" tuning menu (page
13). Once tuned in, "Other Sat" channels are accessed using the "Input Select"
Button.
