• 20MB of free hard drive space • CD-ROM Drive Before You Begin Before installing your new D-Link wireless adapter, please verify the following: • Remove any previous installations of wireless adapters. • Disable any built-in wireless and/or Ethernet adapters. -

WARNING: Do NOT install the adapter into your computer before installing the drivers. You will be prompted to install your adapter during the setup. Insert the DWA-582 Driver CD into the CD-ROM drive. When the autorun screen appears, click Install and follow the on-screen instructions. - Page 4 Once your computer is turned off, unplug the power cord from the computer. Open the case and insert the D-Link adapter into an available PCIe slot. Once inserted, close the case and insert the power cable into the computer. Turn on your computer.

3. Why can’t I get a wireless connection? • Check that your DWA-582 is plugged in properly to the PCIe slot or try to plug the DWA-582 into another PCIe slot if available. • The LED on the DWA-582 should be lit, otherwise there could be a physical fault on the PCIe slot or the driver is not installed properly. - Page 6 Notes...

• 20 MB de disque dur • Lecteur CD-ROM Avant de commencer Avant d’installer le nouvel adaptateur sans fil D-Link, vérifiez les points suivants : • Désinstallez tous les adaptateurs sans fil déjà installés. • Désactivez tous les adaptateurs sans fil et/ou Ethernet intégrés. - Page 11 AVERTISSEMENT : Ne branchez PAS l’adaptateur dans votre ordinateur avant d’installer les pilotes. Vous serez invité à installer votre carte lors de l’installation. Insérez le CD du pilote DWA-582 dans le lecteur CD-ROM. Lorsque l'écran d'exécution automatique apparaît, cliquez sur IInstall (Installer) et suivez les instructions à l'écran.
