A9. This condition can occur when resetting to the factory
default settings has not been done after a change
of the firmware. Reset once to the factory default
settings. Refer to Q2.
A10. a. It is possible that the volume has been unmounted
because a hardware error has occurred for the
changer during operation. Please check the event
log. In such a case, a volume-cached volume
should be visible. For recovery, restart the DRM-
6NX.
b. If this occurred during caching, it is possible that an
HDD error has occurred during operation. Please
check the event log. If it looks like a write error to
the HDD has occurred, it is to be feared that the
HDD has been damaged physically. If the same
condition occurs with caching after a restart, use
the Format button to format. However, all cached
data will be lost by formatting.
A11. In principle, the network and SCSI settings become
effective after restart of the DRM-6NX and the
Q Q
connected DRM-6324X.

A12. The cache setting (Normal/Mirror/Persistent)
becomes effective from the magazine inserted after
the change.
A13. Check that the link LED of the hub is lit. Depending
on the hub, the link LED may not light. In such a case,
disconnect and reconnect the network cable until the
link LED lights.
A14. Independent of whether the access right is set to Full
or to Read Only, the access right in regard to the
volume does not change. It is always Read Only.
A15. The setting is disregarded, as access from the web
is possible only to the Volume directory, while access
to the Root or the System directory is not possible.
