Snooze/Light Function
To temporarily turn off the alarm sound, press
the SNOOZE/LIGHT button. The alarm sound
will be turned off, but it will sound about every 6
minutes after SNOOZE/LIGHT button is pressed.
In normal state, repeatedly press the SNOOZE/
LIGHT button, the back light will change as: HI →
LOW → OFF.
Sleep Timer (SLEEP button (15))
The RADIO or CD can be set to turn off automati-
cally for a time period of 90, 60, 30, 15, 10 or
5 minutes.
1. During radio is on or CD/USB is playing,
press the SLEEP button. Sleep indicator will
be shown in the display.
Press the sleep button again to select the
time period 90, 60, 30, 15, 10 or 5 minutes.
2. If you want to cancel the sleep function, press
the SLEEP button until the sleep indicator
disappears.

USB Operation

1. Connect the USB to the USB socket directly.
2. Press the POWER ON/OFF button (16) to
turn the unit on.
3. Press the FUNCTION button (13) to select
the USB mode.
4. The total number of tracks will appear in the
display, then playback will begin automatically
and the number of the track being played is
displayed.
/ BAND (5) - Stops playback.
►/II (4) - You can pause and continue music
playback. Press again to continue playback.
DIR- (6)
Press 1 x = Restart of the song from the
beginning.
Press 2 x = Skip to the previous song.
Press 3 x = Skip to the song before the previ-
ous song, etc. Press and hold during play-
back to search in reverse through the song.
DIR+ (7) - Press to skip to the next song
and the following songs. Press and hold dur-
ing playback to search forward through the
song.
Repeat
1. Press the MODE/ALARM button (14) while
USB is playing. Repeat indicator will flash,
the selected song will be playing repeatedly.
2. Press the MODE/ALARM button (14) again,
repeat indicator will stand still, all the songs
on the disc will be playing repeatedly.
3. If you want to cancel the repeat mode, press
the MODE/ALARM button until the repeat
indicator disappears.
Display
1. During the USB is playing.
2. Press the DISPLAY button, the DISPLAY will
show the USB track number, the clock display
will turn back to the current time display after
few second.
Programmed play
1. In stop state, press the PROG. / CLOCK SET
button (17).
2. You can see the memory preset number P01
and PROGRAM flashes on the display.
3. Use the
DIR- (6) or
select the desired track and then press the
PROG./CLOCK SET button (17) again.
4. Select the next track with the
DIR+ (7) button and press the PROG./
CLOCK SET button (17) again. Repeat the
procedure until all the desired tracks are se-
lected. Press the ►/II button (4), the playback
starts. Press this button to pause briefly the
playback.
5. Press once the / BAND button (5) to the
playback while retaining the program.
6. To delete the program, press the / BAND
button (5) twice.
USB port (9)
This device has been designed in accordance
with the latest USB state of the art technology.
Due to the large variety of different USB memory
tools on the market it is not possible to provide
complete compatibility with all USB storage
devices. In some rare cases there might occur,
for that reason, errors when playing USB storage
device. That is not a malfunction of this device.
CAUTION:
Before removing the USB storage device, use
FUNCTION button to switch to TUNER mode.
