Remove the appliance from all packaging.

Fitting/Removing the Bowl

Turn Off the appliance.
1.
Open the safety guard by turning it to the left
2.
(CD605 & CD606) or lifting it above the mixer
(CD607).
Lower the bowl with the bowl handle.

Release the locking catches either side of the

bowl.
Lift the bowl. The bowl is held in place by two pins
5.
securing the handles to the cradle and a hole at
the back of the appliance which houses the lug on
the bowl lip.
Reverse the procedure to fit the bowl.
6.
Note: Ensure the handle is fully pushed
back and the bowl is completely raised or
the mixer will not work.

Changing the Mixer Attachment

Turn Off the appliance.
1.
Open the safety guard by turning it to the left (CD605 & CD606) or lifting it above the mixer (CD607).
2.
Lower the bowl with the bowl handle.
3.
Push the mixer attachment up and to the left to release it.
4.
Insert the desired attachment. Push up and to the right to lock it into place.
5.
Raise the bowl.
6.
BUFFALO recommend the following uses for each attachment:.
Spiral Dough hook
Beater light pastry, cake/biscuit mix, icings,
fillings and mashed vegetables
Securing pins
Heavy mixes
dough, pie pastry etc.
Firm mixes
