Altitude Reading Correction
You can minimize the difference between your actual elevation and
the readings produced by your watch by performing altitude reading
correction. Correction is performed by inputting accurate elevation
values that are indicated in your current area. You can find out the
elevation at your current location from signs, maps, on the Internet,
etc. While mountain climbing, it is highly recommended that you make
a habit of regularly comparing altitude reading produced by the watch
with locally available elevation indications, and of performing correction
as required.
To correct altitude reading manually
1. On the altitude graph screen, swipe the touch screen from right to
left.
2. On the altitude input screen that appears, input the elevation at your
current location (which you obtained from local indications).

you can use the CASIO MOMENT SETTER+ smartphone app
to configure it for altitude correction using position information
(GPS). See

of altitude correction using GPS is not recommended if you can
calibrate altitude manually.
