System appointment function

You can arrange for the communication system to re-
mind you of an appointment. For this to happen, you
need to save the times at which you wish to be remind-
ed. This is possible for a period of up to 24 hours in
advance.
Saving an appointment
u Open the system menu.

Select and confirm the basic service.
Either:
M Enter the service code.
or:
[
Select and confirm the option shown.
The display indicates whether any reminders are
already saved.

Select the menu item and confirm.
then:
o
Enter the time as 3 or 4 digits, forexample, 845 for
8.45 a.m. or 1500 for 3 p.m.
[
Confirm the option shown.
Deleting a saved appointment
u Open the System Menu.
[
Select and confirm the basic service.
Either:
M Enter the service code.
or:
[
Select and confirm the option shown. A saved reminder
is displayed.
[
Confirm if you have saved several reminders.
