4.6 Transferring a Call

During a call, you can transfer the call to another number.

Tap the Ringtone drop-down list box and select a ringtone.
Tap Finish.
1. From the home screen, tap
The Missed screen is displayed by default.
Tap Missed, Answered or Dialed to access the screen that you want to view.

A call record displays a contact's name and department stored in the local and the call time. If the
contact cannot be found in the local or corporate directory, the phone number and call time are
displayed.

Tap a call record.
The detailed information about the call record is displayed.

Tap the search box and enter a contact's name to search for the contact, or find the
contact by turning pages in the right pane.
The contact is displayed.

The Upgrade Contact screen is displayed.
Tap Finish.
If the number already exists, the system asks you whether to overwrite the existing number. Select an
option based on the site requirements.
During a call, you can transfer the call to another number.
2. Enter a number on the dialer that is displayed, select a frequent contact, or select a
record in call logs, or select a contact in Corporate Directory and tap
eSpace 8850 automatically releases the call.
