Step 1. Insert the device into its chassis slot.
Step 2. Attach an RS-232 ASCII terminal to the RJ-45 (SER1) connector (See Figure 2-1).
Step 3. Configure the terminal to operate at:
25 lines and 80 columns window size
Step 4. Establish a session with the unit and power on the unit. After a few seconds, the
following is displayed on the terminal screen:
