About the MIC Shielded Composite Cable

MIC shielded composite cables are multi-conductor cables of various lengths (and gauges
ranging from 14 - 18) that provide all power, video, and telemetry connections between the
MIC PSU and the MIC camera. The cables are pre-made with a female-terminated 14-pin
connector at one end for attachment to the male connector installed into the base of the
camera. The other end of the cables has free (non-terminated) wires for wiring into terminals
in the MIC PSU.

NOTICE!
Bosch does not recommend using the composite cable for distances greater than 25 m
between the MIC camera and the power supply.
To prevent water penetrating the composite cable connector threads, seal the 25 mm thread
at final installation using PTFE tape. Alternately, a suitable sealant may be liberally applied to
the thread prior to final tightening.
