5.6. ACD Reports


The Print window from Report Viewer does not allow for printer selection.

The Report Viewer window is modal (you cannot switch to ACD Report Client main window before the
Report Viewer is closed)

Scheduled reports: the default email report format is PDF document. To send the report in other format be
sure that the Export data in option is checked and the desired report format is selected

When a report is exported as a Word for Windows document (.doc) the Distribution Graph's legend does
not display the colored lines (only their names) – Crystal Reports issue

When the reports are exported as Text or Paginated Text documents the first (and last) characters are
not displayed. To avoid this, increase the characters per inch value when prompted

When the reports(System Report, Group Report, Agent Report, AgentID based Report) are created, if
there are many ICD Groups or Agents, group names or Agent names on PIE chart overlap each other.

To create reports correctly, it is necessary for Agents to login and logout frequently (at least once a day).

5.7. Call Log


If the Forward mode is set to FWD All (Call from CO) for an extension there will be no information
regarding that extension, ACD Report Server will monitor only the extension that is set up to receive the
forwarded calls.

For time-related Lookup fields (e.g. Talk Time), no matter of Timers Format options value, you must enter
the total number of seconds you are searching for

5.8. Agent Log

When Login Date is chosen from the dropdown list of Lookup field, Date format is shown the same as the date
format of [Control Panel]-[Regional Settings]-[short date/time system format]. On the other hand, the date format
of Login Date of Agent Log is defined in [Basic Settings] – [Date and Time Settings] – [Date Format].
To make the date format of Login Date of Agent Log same as the one of Lookup field, please change [Basic
Settings] – [Date and Time Settings] – [Date Format] to the date format of [Control Panel]-[Regional
Settings]-[short date/time system format].

5.9. Others


SXDP feature is not supported.

Overflow Queuing Busy is not supported.
